How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We are a small team of 3 women, so we appreciate your patience when it comes to receiving your order. We take great care in preparing our orders and this is a lengthy process. After launch, it takes us 7-10 days to prepare your package and then another 7-10 days to arrive via courier (depending on where you live in the world).
Shipping
We offer courier, express & tracked shipping to all of Europe, Asia, Australia, UAE & USA. We do not ship to South America, Central America, Malta, Serbia, Jersey Islands or India due to unreliable postal services in these locations. Audrey Leighton is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs. Should you order twice, we are unable to refund shipping costs on a second order. Each order is registered independently within our system. Shipping rates vary depending on order amount - we offer discounted shipping, the more you spend.
